While I have had rabbits as pets my entire life, we began showing rabbits in 2004. We first started with showing mini
rex, but quickly changed to Jersey Woolies. We owned and bred nationally competitive Jersey Woolies in open. Many
of our buns also were ranked nationally and competitive in youth as well. We were ranked in the top five on the
Nation with our herd and had multiple national wins, Best of Breed wins, and even Best in Show. We took a short
break from rabbits while raising our children. Now rabbits are becoming a family hobby.
Our first Polish was purchased in 2009 as a pet for my classroom. We have decided to re-enter the rabbit show world
in 2011. Our foundation stock is from Nationally competitive lines including Keith Rockwood, Adam McCabe, Drew
Bliss, Tiffany McCord, Carol and Bobby George, and Trevor Sypnieseki, just to name a few! Over the next few months
we will begin showing the rabbits we have purchased and breeding them to create our own nationally competitive
stock in both youth and open. Currently we raise chocolate, black, blue, BEW and broken polish. While my son shows
the Polish herd in youth, we strive to only buy, breed, and show stock that is competitive in both youth and open. You
will notice our Polish rabbits have earned legs in both youth and open classes.
